The DL on Biden’s ambitious EV goal

President Joe Biden signed an executive order Thursday calling for half of new cars sold in the U.S. to be electric by 2030. It’s a lofty goal, given that EVs make up 2% to 3% of all cars on the road. Though carmakers seem to be on board, a lot of necessary infrastructure, like charging stations, would need to be built first.
