005. Easter Confessions
What better time to make a confession or two than Easter Sunday. After almost two years without meat in my diet, I ate beef soup. It’s important to understand that food is more than just fuel - food is emotional and can be so important. I knew that eating this would be so comforting, which is so important right now given the current climate of the world. Why am I sharing this? Because it’s important to remember why we adhere to certain choices, and it’s okay to amend or adapt our choices and our diet if it is no longer serving us.
And my other confession - I totally had time this week to edit some of the episodes I have recorded with guests. But didn’t. Why? Fear! Fear of failure, fear of what others think of them, etc. And as my mom always says, don’t be an ATNA (all talk, no action). Taking action now, being honest with myself and you all, and I assure you these episodes will see the light of day soon.
