An article came across my feed on linked in that was discussing the move for us workers to not want a boss and move to be self employed. This is not a surprising move because we see the influence that moguls have garnered where, entrepreneurs are the new celebrities. Look at Shark Tank, Daymond John, Mr. Wonderful, Mark Cuban. Look at people like Gary Vee, Casey Neistat, Grant Cardone and many others. We have begun to put being self employed and building a business on a pedestal and I love it because now everyone has an opportunity to win. Americans are finally waking up that getting into a company, working for 30 years and retiring is no way to live a life. The millennial generation is going to be moving into a different direction because we do not want a boss, we want to be our own boss.
