60. She Was My Friend

This weeks episode explores a case close one of the hosts. Liberty 'Libby' Rose Templeman was an adventurous and kind young woman, having moved from England to New Zealand. She loved bright colours and being on the stage, maybe one day becoming an actress. However, those dreams were cut short when someone took Libby's life in 2008. Amy goes over the case which took her friends life.  The next case returns to the familiar territory of Hollywood during the Second World War. A young woman named Georgette Bauerdorf went to work at the Hollywood Canteen, an idea one one Bette Davis came up with. Sadly, Bauerdorf would not reach her dreams of stardom as Rachael discusses the case.   As always, the episode finishes with a dumb criminal.    If you like Spree, please consider giving a 5 star review and follow us on social media.
