For Luke Darnell, BBQ is now a full-time occupation. The pitmaster of Old Virginia Smoke, a past KCBS Chicken Team of the Year, has started a catering business and the timing has been good. With the COVID-19 pandemic, Luke’s competition schedule has been severely curtailed in 2020. We visit with him about those topics - plus tips on competition chicken - on Episode 74 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show Podcast.
