We deliver a doubleheader of star power on Episode 25 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show, visiting with two of the more colorful characters of Q. Craig Verhage is known as “The BBQ Ninja” for his distinctive look of a bandana, sunglasses and a bushy black beard. Craig, is a member of the legendary Ubon’s BBQ team out of Yazoo City, Mississippi and he tells us about how it came about to cook with Ubons and his relationship with the late Gary “Poppie” Roark.
