How can we shape the field of architecture to be more inclusive? In this episode, we’re joined by Elyse Ayoung of Gensler and BosNOMA, and Wentworth Institute of Technology architecture student and NOMAS chapter leader Xavier Fernandes. Together, they discuss the importance of building a community of architects that is inclusive, relaxed and whole.
