Rob Volpe is the CEO of Ignite 360, an insights and strategy firm based in San Francisco. Rob is an astute observer of life and a master storyteller who brings empathy and compassion to the human experience. He's also spear-heading Ignite 360's Navigating to a New Normal ongoing study exploring how the pandemic and recession are impacting American values and behaviors. He's spent the pandemic sheltering in place interviewing respondents, crafting whitepapers and hosting webinars to share the company's learnings.
