I was asked how to ride the wave of entrepreneurship and the answer is a lot more simple than you would think. Waves are interesting…just as one crashes down another is starting all over again. It’s cyclical. Being an entrepreneur is a lot like surfing waves. Sometimes, they carry us to our peaks, and other times, they bring us to our lowest of lows. But these moments are temporary and the waves will keep coming. You just have to keep riding! Remember that catching a wave is only a small part of the experience – there’s paddling out, waiting for the next wave to come in, learning which ones to try and catch, meeting other surfers, and sometimes falling off our board.
