Meet Parker, a Beautiful American Kestrel at the Cascades Raptor Center
Mountain Rose Herbs sponsors five rescued raptors at the Cascades Raptor Center in Eugene, Oregon. We spent a morning recently visiting with one of them: Parker, an American Kestrel. Also called a sparrow hawk, the kestrel is the smallest and most common falcon in North America.
