The field of herbalism has changed considerably over the past thirty years. Once, aspiring herbalists had few mentors and essentially had to create the path into the herbal lifestyle on their own. Those hardy souls have become the teachers and guides modern herbalists have to thank for reclaiming herbalism as a real medicine for the people.
