Masters Track Achilles Injury
SHOW NOTES In this session I speak about a Masters track athlete with an Achilles injury. I performed a Diagnostic Ultrasound on his ankle to find if he should run in an upcoming event. I’ll go over his mindset, his past rehab and his risk/ reward of running in the near future.
