At 18, Justin began working at his local YMCA where he got certified to teach children as well as his water safety certificate. After getting certified, he started coaching Westside Special Olympics and later coached the Junior Olympic swim team as well as a high school strength conditioning for water polo and swim. That is where Justin really fell in love with strength training. Now, Justin really focuses his efforts on helping athletes take it to the next level when it comes to strength training.
