Active Life, Assessments and How To Stay Injury Free

HOW do you know specifically how to stay away from injury? What are some signs that may be indicators to you that you may need to scale intensity or load down? How do you better understand your capacity for stress in and out of the gym? Part of our plan at Burg CrossFIt for 2020 is to bring you guys some amazing stuff that is going to keep you all injury free, improving your performance and overall making you a happier and healthier individual! We've been steadily working with Active Life and they are teaching our entire team how to conduct assessments to better know how to help you with your ankle mobility, knees, hips, low back and shoulder issues. In this episode, Tony and Olivia chat through you can expect from the assessments and to make February 15th and 16th down on your calendars for your own free 10-15min assessment to know where you're at with regard to mobility, stability and strength balance.
