We were joined by Rangers football club first team coach Michael Beale (@MichaelBeale) who delivered a masterclass on modern day coaching. We spoke about his career to date and he gave us a deep dive into his spells at Chelsea, Liverpool and Sao Paulo. He also discussed his current role at Rangers. He spoke to us about how it is to work alongside Steven Gerrard on a day to day basis. He also discussed the success of Chelsea’s Frank Lampard, Jodie Morris and Joe Edwards. He spoke about the young players that he has played a part in developing which involves players such as Tammy Abraham, Fikayo Tomori, Trent Alexander-Arnold + much more.
