020. Three Years a Three Thoughts

There have been three thoughts I've mulled over quite a bit the last week or so and I wanted to get them off my chest.  The first thought is a question - who's in your circle? Does your circle inspire you? Do they call you out when you need them do? Second, we all need a balance of grace and grit. We must be kind to ourselves and practice loving-kindness towards ourselves and others, but also know when we need to buckle down and get gritty. Are you forgiving yourself when you need to? Are you letting yourself off the hook too easily? And finally, it is so important to reflect on where we might be exhibiting the all-or-nothing mindset in our lives and know that most of the time, this dichotomous thinking does not serve us.
