Employee turnover is one of the perceived problems in teh clinical research space and probably other job markets as well. This is due in large part because of the high demand for clinical research professionals combined with the plethora of job openings. This supply/ demand issue is great for employees but bad for employers and in this video we come up with some strategies to limit employee turnover. We as clinical researchers have been use to an environment where having this employee turnover was in our benefit and would take a lot of getting used to if the job market were to suddenly change.
