Sooner or later every entrepreneur parent realizes that their ultimate success is dependent upon their ability to build relationships. Unfortunately this is hard for most of us. This was a particular area of weakness for me. I always felt like I was born with a different operating system and I did not understand the people around me. There were very few shortcuts I found in understanding other people that really worked. This is one that not only worked, it permanently change my life.
