Anxiety is not a comfortable feeling to feel. Because of this, many of us eat to try and calm ourselves down. But as we know, eating is only a temporary solution and there's a good chance the anxiety will come right back once the food is gone.   In this episode, I'm going to help you understand why you feel anxious.
