Ep #41: What You Were Taught to Believe
Throughout our lives we are taught to believe many things. Sometimes it's done directly and sometimes indirectly. You're taught what to think about eating, food, your body, and yourself and if you're not careful, you're going to instill some negative beliefs about these things and beliefs that will not serve you well in your life. In this episode, I'm talking about the importance of purposefully choosing what beliefs you hold on to that you were once taught. I'm also going to show you how to begin the process of changing what you believe. What you believe matters because your beliefs shape your reality.
