Too many people spend too much time hating their body, or at least disliking them. There's a lot of encouragement for people to love their body but for some people, that just isn't a realistic goal right now. They can't see how they can think about it any differently. What I'm offering in this episode is a middle ground. A place between hating and loving that will allow you to feel better and therefore not let your body hold you back from doing anything.
