Gopalakrishnan (Mukesh) is being chased by Asaan (Janardhanan) and his disciples. They saw a person reading newspaper. He tells them that the person had run this way. Asaan is more than happy that he thinks the news is already in the newspaper. He tells Ponnappan (Indrans) to read the newspaper. Upon finding that the person reading newspaper is indeed Gopalakrishnan, Ponnappan shows a photo in the newspaper and tells Asaan that it is Asaans photo.
