Today I am talking to Ekaterina Popova, Kat is a painter and creator of the magazine Create Magazine and the podcast Art and Cocktails! Kat was born in Vladimir, Russia and after moving to the United States, fell in love with painting. Her work has been exhibited all over the place nationally and she has been featured in multiple blogs and publications, including Aesthetica, The Jealous Curator, Artistic Moods, Art Reveal Magazine and a ton of other publications. In this episode, we co-interview each other and have a great time talking about artist residencies, feminism, and being a painter, podcaster and entrepreneur.
