There has always been a big debate that our country doesn't do enough to help felons rehabilitate and re-emerge back to workforce as contributors to society. While the government doesn't do enough, employers are very bias and are more at fault for not helping them back to working society. This podcast looks at the value employers can have in stopping the cycle of violence and reducing crime by giving felons a second chance.
