Samantha Bree Runnion was playing in her front yard with a friend when she was brazenly abducted, assaulted, and murdered by a sexual predator.  15 years later, her mother, Erin, continues to work towards educating the community, schools, parents and children about personal safety and recognizing potential dangers and avoid becoming a victim.  Included is the audio of a phone interview I had the pleasure of conducting earlier this week with Erin.  My apologies for the sound quality of the phone call, some parts may be difficult to hear.  Thank you to Erin Runnion for taking the time to speak with me.  Listeners can find out more information about Samantha and the foundation at www.thejoyfulchild.org
