Increase Energy Meditation

In this meditation we'll be practicing breath retention - kumbhaka pranayama. This practice of retaining the breath increases energy levels, alertness and reduces fatigue. It decreases stress and anxiety while developing the ability for the mind to concentrate and be calm. (Great for ADHD <3 please pass along to friends who may benefit) We end with a meditative pause to allow for genuine reflection or relaxation.
