In a previous episode of this podcast, I took a hard look at the data available on the status of women in the legal profession in the United States. After the 10-year report related to the NAWL challenge was published, I went directly to the organization to hear the results of the challenge. In today’s episode, I share these findings and I also discuss the challenge to Fortune 1000 companies to significantly increase opportunities to minority groups and women by 2020.
