Joe Versus the Volcano (with Jennifer Keating)
I had a gap in the lineup thanks to a slight scheduling snafu, so my partner Jennifer Keating was kind enough to revisit a movie I remembered loving from my youth: 1990’s Joe Versus the Volcano. We ponder the allegorical significance of lightning bolts and orange soda, and despite having watched the movie only minutes before recording, we manage to screw up one character’s name repeatedly (it was Anjelica, not Victoria, duh-doy).
