“Managing Up" Ever heard of it? When I first heard it I thought it sounded like some sort of big company corporate lingo... BUT…as I’ve grown a team and scaled a company, I’ve come to realize how important it is. This concept is SUPER important for two groups of people: 1. Managers / Leaders: this will free up soooo much time if you train your team on this and hire/fire based on people being “low maintenance superstars" 2. Employees: this is one of the fastest way to get promoted and take on more responsibility in your company (even a leadership position if you want it) In this episode, I break down what it is and HOW to use it in your company.
