My THREE RULES for TRAINING – Getting It Done / accomplishing something 1) Take motivation you have on week 1 and build good habits by starting to train at a certain time. 2) These habits will grow only with persistence and will evolve into discipline. 3) Discipline will evolve to mental toughness on the day you train even when you “don’t feel like it” or “don’t have time”. One day you will say – “I am training today BECAUSE I did not feel like it.”
