Prajakta Shelar has been dancing since she was a little girl. She started learning the art of Lavani from her mother. After schooling, Prajakta specialized in Dance a mastered various dance forms. But her art belonged to folk dance, particularly Lavani. She displayed her talent on multiple platforms and won multiple awards for them as well. Today, she is not just an accomplished artist, but a choreographer, a teacher a a researcher in dance forms.
