"I know people talk about how shoulder "issues" are frequently related to opposite side hip lack of ROM, stability, function. I assume that would also mean that issues in the ITB would also contribute to opposite side shoulder issues? Is there anything other than soft tissue work i.e. ball,foam roller work you can do for the ITB?"
