Today I'm chatting with Dr Mhairi Morris, lecturer at Loughborough University. We're talking about simple changes that you can make to your lifestyle that will reduce your risk of cancer.

In a nutshell:

  1. Exercise
  2. Don’t smoke.
  3. Avoid sun damage.
  4. Be a healthy weight.
  5. Sleep 7-8 hours a night.
  6. Avoid “bad stress”.
  7. Breastfeed
  8. Don’t take HRT.
