One of the things we’re told during infertility is to “just relax” - But How? Life is hard & infertility makes it even harder. So we start looking into how to relax during infertility because all the things that we use to relax are off the table! 

We have a go at mindfulness & meditation for our infertility. And then we’re like this sh*t is hard and then we’re like F*ck Life.

Know I focused my energy on what wasn’t right during the first few years of my infertility. It wasn’t easy to change my mindset - I still work on it daily. But putting in the effort is worth it.
