The PANDEMIC Podcast with Judson - Episode 60 - Flashbacks - Charleston
Judson flashes back to Charleston in June. He meets Tom who has come down from Massachusetts on a road trip doing photography. He says there are not many masks down here - but then we are transported into present tense Nashville. Masks are everywhere, and so is rain from Hurricane Laura. Judson then encounters three women from New Orleans who inform him about Levees (why Hurricane Katrina was so bad). We then arrive back into the Flashback, where Judson is walking King Street after a recent riot. Stores are boarded up and windows have been smashed, but folks are out on the street enjoying the evening. Judson stops and speaks with a private security guard at one of the bars on King Street and hears his story. The Episode ends in in Nashville with Judson recalling a Po’ Boy he had in New Orleans with the ladies from Louisiana.
