Judson walks through historic Pendleton, South Carolina before total quarantine hits the state. He meets Napoleon who is out of work as a gutter cleaner, and discusses the coronavirus and the Pendleton community, which is much calmer than where he grew up in Pennsylvania. Napoleon catches a ride with Judson back to his house, and then Judson visits Baby Rae who is managing an ice cream parlor by window service. He then gets inspired to write a song bearing her name, “Sweet Baby Rae.”
