Do you know, what is the major problem in relationship- Lack of knowledge of communication. Men and women both are made differently not physically but also mentally and emotionally. When women get upset or frustrated, she wants to release her frustration by speaking with someone who beloved to her and When wife or GF speaks to partner and releasing her frustration by sharing the things or problems. Husband thinks,  she wants or expects a solution of the problems and start to give the suggestions and resolution but actually she does not want it but expects he just listens to her, psychological women release stress or frustration by sharing things or problems without expecting suggestions or advice. Men psychology is,  when he gets upset and frustrated, he doesn't want to talk to anyone he wants some time to manage his frustration. But when a Men doesn't speak, at the same time as per psychological behaviour women want to know what happened why he doesn't talk to me and start to ask a number of questions and things more worst and men more frustrated and more upset because he just wants some time alone to manage his frustration. When a man wants to separate time it does not mean he wants to ignore his wife or GF  but just want to manage the tension and frustration. After some time, when he gets to calm down or feel good. He starts to talk normal and if the wife asks the same question in a right time, easily husband share the problem. So now when your wife or GF speaks to you and sharing problems first listen to her and if she asks for suggestion then only give suggestions. Psychological she gets to calm down or feeling good after speaking and sharing things to you. And here a suggestion for wife and GF, when he doesn’t want to talk with you and seems stressed or upset allow him some time to manage things and when you feel now he is ok then start to talk him without the bombardment of questions.
