Technology has existed as long as humans have. It is neither the panacea to solve all of mankind's problems nor is it the the bane of human existence. It is simply a means to an end. From times immemorial, mankind has resisted technological advancements. Maybe it is because change is hard; maybe it is because of some other ideological reasons. Almost always, technology somehow always gets appreciated, then written off as the worst thing ever, followed by further advancement... like a tool that gets sharpened, then dulled by usage.
