Check out my The seeds for NAAVA were sown way back in the 1970s when Neshma Chemburkar’s parents, Nitin Mantri and Sulbha Mantri, established the Neshma Theatre Group. Under this theatre, they wrote, directed, and performed Marathi plays across Maharashtra. They also trained individuals in theatre acting, direction, dubbing, and other such skills. Many of their students are eminent personalities in the Marathi film industry today. Under the Neshma Theatre Group banner, they have performed many prominent plays such as Zapatleli, Raada, Kanya hi Sasurasi Jaaye, Hangami Navra Pahije, and many more.
