The Jay Thakkar Show with Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai on  HOW TO FIND SWADHARMA..?  Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai sir has given 3 ways to find Swadharma.  1: You find it yourself ( Self Introspection )with grace of god. Sit down with a piece of paper. Pray to god and ask to help me find your swadharma. Reflect and listen to yourself. RK Pillai figured his swadharma is Atmadarshan ( Spiritual tourism ). Also write down What you don’t want to do?  • 2: Verify with an outsider. Ask somebody who is a teacher or mentor. Somebody else points out. Example: an artist who sketches well found his swadharma as a renowned architect in India through  teacher's guidance and parent's support at an early age. • 3: Purpose in life is determined by life's circumstances. Mahatma found purpose when he was thrown out of a train as a barrister. Life should teach you at one moment. Hopefully you should be able to identify when younger. • Look at the common denominator. Tata makes salt to steel and software. Swadharma is to make profitable business to the society. You can be part of multiple fields and still follow swadharma. There is no one size fits all.  He also talks about how to PLAN YOUR DAY..? Where he says   Time management and procrastination: Swabhava is your natural feeling. Should be a practical time table and have flexibility. Time table should not be rigid and you should go by the flow. Proactivity and Procrastination are both a habit. What has be done tomorrow, do it today. True person is a karma yogi. Take 30 day test to plan out the next day before you sleep. Keep 5 goals to achieve. End of the day reflect and get feedback. Start punishing the mind. Mind has to listen to you. Habits are both good and bad.
