Jim Beck FCIPD is the founder and Managing Director of Oceania Management Consulting. Jim graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and a Senior Certified Executive Coach and Certified Agile Scrum Master. He has attended many professional development programs including the Bain Management Academy. Jim has a wealth of HR leadership experience with top-flight international corporates as well as a background in strategic change management consulting with PwC based out of London before moving to the Gulf in 2006. During his tenure in GCC markets, he has taken on Chief HR leadership assignments in regional organizations with a transformation/development agenda. He brings expertise in organizational effectiveness, managing change, performance management, staff engagement, leadership & talent development as well as practical hands-on leadership experience and awareness of different cultures.
