Affirmations & its benefits

This podcast is AFFIRMATIONS & ITS BENEFITS. I am not restricting this podcast to the working people or home makers. I am extending this to students as well as I see them also part of this large group where it will help them to a very great extent. Affirmations are also useful when setting individual goals as well. Once you have identified the goals you'd like to achieve, affirmative statements can help you to keep yourself motivated in order to achieve them. The power of affirmations lies in repeating them to yourself regularly. It's useful to recite your affirmations several times a day. You may have it as pop on your computer or those affirmations as the lock screen display picture of your phone. You also need to repeat your affirmations as soon as you engage in the negative thought or behaviour that you want to overcome.
