In 2017 Sacked Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra alleged that he saw Arvind Kejriwal taking cash from Health Minister Satyendar Jain. He said then "A day before yesterday I saw with my own eyes. I saw at Arvind Kejriwal's residence. I saw Satyendra Jain giving Rs 2 crore cash to Arvind Kejriwal," He also said "I asked Arvind Kejriwal what is this? Arvind Kejriwal refused to answer.
