But in this pursuit, they fail to achieve the desired results because of a lot of negativity in their life. To overcome this negativity, there is one secret technique that is utilized by wise men for eternity. My name is Poulomi Bhattacharya and I am doing this podcast to help you conquer negativity and self-rejection. I want to heal, help and motivate people with this secret technique of positive affirmations. Now the next question that will come to your mind is “What are positive affirmations and how they help us?” Speaking out some positive words and sentences while standing in front of the mirror is the process of positive affirmations. If you want to conquer any rejections, situations, or problems in your life and career, you should start doing these affirmations to become super powerful. For example, if you are facing blockage while writing down your thoughts, then you should say to yourself “I am a good writer, I have a lot of ideas and I can write in a flow”. Now if you will keep on doing this exercise throughout the day, one day you will start writing in a flow. By reciting these affirmations, you are commanding your mind to do the exact work that you want it to do. So, friends, positive affirmations are very powerful if they are applied in the right way. You can conquer any type of rejections or feelings of withdrawal with these.
