Today we are going to talk about how stress can affect the brain functions and techniques through which we can manage stress and anxiety. Stress is a response to a threat in a situation. Anxiety is a reaction to stress. We may experience stress each and every day and comes in various forms. We feel stress when we try to juggle/maintain family, work, and school commitments and can also include issues like health, money, and relationships. It is also observed that stress and anxiety can have a prolonged impact on our brain structure and functioning.
