Episode 20 - Should you be working out during your PERIODS?
During the periods, on the 1st day of your cycle, when the flow is high, you can absolutely take a day off from your training. Make sure your calories are on point. As you go through the next day, if you feel any better, you can absolutely go and train. Always listen to your body. But If you are someone, who has been training for a long period of time, and have a habit of training during the cycle, you can continue with that. It's very individualistic. Your Nutrition, Your Water Intake,Your Sleep,should be on point. It's not a sprint that we are prepping for, it's a marathon. Taking a day off is not going to hamper your progress. If you feel so, consider that as your rest day.
