Dear women, ⁣⁣It's absolutely okay to do ZUMBA if you want to. If that is what gives you an elixir to adhere to exercise, then go ahead. It's still better than not doing anything at all. ⁣⁣It will burn a truckload of calories. ⁣It will keep you happy. ⁣It will allow you to spend some time dancing to your favorite numbers.⁣⁣The only thing that I want you to do along with it, is resistance training (?????? ????????). The idea is just not to drop the numbers on the scale. The idea is to retain the muscles within.
