It feels very lucrative to drop the numbers on the scale, by eating less food and dropping the carbohydrates completely out of the diet. Please don't do this. In the long run, it causes more harm than good. Your food relationship goes for a toss, which takes a toll on your mental health.In the video, I discuss a case that I encountered, which will give you an insight into the things which one should not indulge into. Your diet should be sustainable. You didn't gain weight overnight, it happened over time. Give yourself enough amount of time. Accept the situation that you are into, and work on it.
