Episode 6 - INTERMITTENT FASTING! Everything you need to know
Intermittent fasting is not a diet, but a dieting technique that allows you to have your total calories within a stipulated time frame. What matters here is your TOTAL CALORIES. In order to lose fats, you need to be in a caloric deficit. It is divided into two parts. FEEDING WINDOW and FASTING WINDOW!FEEDING WINDOW: In this time frame you can have all your total calories (Deficit/Surplus) for the day. FASTING WINDOW: In this time frame, you cannot have anything that has CALORIES. You need to fast in this window. You can start with your fast directly once you are up and can keep pushing your meals to the later part of the day.
