Ray Croney is a business owner with a passion for software development, technology, and automation. Ray has a keen interest in leading teams, growing businesses, and maintaining transparency while creating win/win partnerships with clients. In 2016 Ray founded Cenedex Software Solutions and has grown it from an individual consulting effort to a custom software development firm that employs over 40 employees. As founder and President of Cenedex Software Solutions Ray is motivated by helping clients maintain and improve their existing software systems and turning their dreams into a reality. CubeUp Solutions is Ray’s non profit that he launched this year and is focused on using Rubix Cubes as a gateway to introduce kids in historically disadvantage areas to software development and to a bright future. Ray hopes his non-profit will help change the world and feels that if kids can master and survive the technical world it will help them lead bright successful futures as adults.
